1 Year Later…

It started with the Weight Loss 30 day challenge, then I did it again for 30 days, then again and again.. 1 Year later I lost over 100 lbs of my body weight and significantly lowered my blood pressure.

I was considering weight loss surgery because of my weight gain. Instead I worked out for an average of 30 minutes a day and removed any added sugar from my diet. I still have more to go however I am so glad I got started.

Lost 10 pounds in 30 days

Within a couple weeks my fitness level improved and I felt much better. I lowered my body mass index and have a healthy weight. Now I work out 4 days per week and focus on healthy eating (not perfect). I think it should be called the slim down challenge or the get fit challenge.

People ask me what I did. I reduced my calorie intake, removed artificial sweeteners, and was selective when shopping at the grocery store. This is a great way to transform your body.

Best Way to Lose 10 Pounds

I stopped eating processed foods and went to the gym for 30 minutes a day. I feel so much better with the pounds lost.

Now my long term strategy is to workout out 4 times a week and have a meal plan.
